Snow Ninjaz is a friends-first Japan snow crew — not a travel agency or package tour. We stack a week on the mountain each winter, share practical planning notes, and keep the vibe loud on the lifts.

trips.wilfred.dev is the home for that — upcoming trips, Hakuba planning guides, interest signups, and recaps from past weeks in Nagano and beyond. It started with annual Japan laps in 2024 (Hokkaido) and grew from there.

The site is a lightweight trip hub for your own crew: built by friends, for friends. You handle your own bookings; we share dates, practical tips, and lessons from last season so everyone shows up aligned and ready — without the package-tour feel.
